Convergencias Fenomenológicas y Humanistas-Experienciales en una Perspectiva de Psicopatología Centrada en Procesos

Este estudio teórico investiga la intersección y la complementariedad de los enfoques fenomenológicos y humanistas-experienciales en la comprensión de la psicopatología, centrándose en el proceso psicoterapéutico. Demuestra cómo, tanto desde una perspectiva histórica como contemporánea, estos marcos teóricos convergen para ofrecer una visión más integrada y centrada en procesos narrativos y emocionales del sufrimiento humano. La discusión enfatiza metodologías innovadoras dentro del marco humanista-experiencial, que priorizan un razonamiento clínico sensible a la experiencia vivida, así como la aplicación de enfoques basados en procesos en la psicoterapia para revelar elementos psicológicos subyacentes en el diagnóstico y el tratamiento. Además, se destaca la relevancia de los procesos narrativo-emocionales en la construcción de nuestra comprensión sobre la salud mental y las prácticas psicoterapéuticas, así como la importancia de los métodos cualitativos en psicología, que ofrecen una forma distintiva de objetividad, rigor metodológico y validación intersubjetiva en el estudio de los fenómenos psicológicos.
