Abstract

The objective of this study is to present, from the perspective of transcendental inner experience, the theory of the subjective body in motion and how it is realized within the continuum of resistance without losing its original truth. The notion of the subjective body was developed by Maine de Biran and influenced Michel Henry’s thought, which first elaborated the notion of the subjective body and, subsequently, that of invisible flesh. The process is that of transcendental inner experience, which will later be developed as self-affection.
