Sentir o invisível: em torno da presentificação da Vida

The article intends to deepen the theme of invisibility and affectivity by bringing the dialogue between Merleau-Ponty and Michel Henry, in the search to understand how Henry's Life can manifest itself through a reinterpretation of the Merleau-Ponty visible-invisible chiasm. Our reading for this thesis will be based on the understanding of Henry's affectivity and an ontological interpretation of sensitivity in the work that Merleau-Ponty was building in The Visible and the Invisible, in order to list possible points of continuity to his work, and to question an invisible that could be understood as an affective impulse that carries out an activity in the passivity of consciousness. Since Life is pure immanence in Michel Henry and the scope of the Sensible in Merleau-Ponty, it is suggested an alternative that would not cost the original relationship with the world nor would it fail in the concrete apprehension of the subject, but that enables a dialectical movement between immanence and transcendence, which, driven by the invisible that affects us, gives meaning to manifest Life.
